CORPORATE EVENTS

Twisted Art Parties are perfect for corporate events because creativity brings people together, motivates and a lot of fun!  As the organiser, you will only need to discuss the details, book us in, have some refreshments on hand and show us where to run the session! We will bring everything we need including canvases, paint, brushes, disposable aprons, protective sheets and wipes. All we need is a reasonable size room, good lighting, space to move around, chairs and tables plus plug points.

Social painting stirs up conversation, laughter, builds confidence and helps management bond with staff in a easy and fun way.

How to Book:

Email us with the date, time, number of people plus whether you have a venue in mind or want us to source one on your behalf (charges apply)

Once the date is confirmed,  the organiser will be provided with a password to our gallery to view the available paintings for the event. Once all the details have been finalised, an invoice will be sent and a deposit required to confirm the date.

Although food & drink is not included, we have a list of supplies we work hand in hand to provide a complete service. We have highly rated cake makers,  food caterers, and other services.

The minimum for a party is 15 and is priced at £40 per person plus any extras.  You will save £5 per person if you have more than 16 attendees as it will cost £35 per person. plus any extras.

What we will offer:

  • All materials required including aprons, brushes, paints and easels

  • 2 1/2 hours Staff and tuition

  • Music playlist  (please discuss at time of booking)

  • Set up and clean up

  • Individual canvases for staff to take home

  • Games and (prizes if you want to reward your staff. Please discuss at time of booking)

A non refundable deposit of £120 is required to secure your booking.  Payment is via bank transfer or Paypal.  Your deposit will be put against the total and full balance must be paid 3 days before the event. Please note that the payment will be based on the numbers provided during the booking process  and not on the numbers on the day.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Are you organising a birthday party, hen do or just want to get some friends to get together?  We can even organise food and wine.

We need a minimum of 6 people at £35 per person and a room plus table large enough to hold the class at.  A non refundable deposit of £60 will be required to confirm your booking.

What we will offer:

  • All materials required including aprons, brushes, paints and easels
  • 2 1/2 hours – Staff and tuition

  • Music (please discuss at time of booking)

  • Set up and clean up

  • Individual canvases for all paid attendees

  • Games and (prizes to be provided by host. Please discuss at time of booking)
